Project Jail Cell, Inc. is a Florida nonprofit corporation that is forming, not yet formed. The Articles of Incorporation are drafted but not yet filed. Florida requires at least three directors before Sunbiz will accept the filing. Two seats are filled; the third is open.

There is no Employer Identification Number, no bank account, and no 501(c)(3) determination letter yet. Form 1023-EZ has not been filed.

Donations are not tax-deductible at this time. There is no donation form on this site because there is no bank account to receive funds into yet.

There are no financials to publish yet, because the organization has not been formed and has no bank account. When real financials exist, they will be published here. For now: the year-one operating budget runs on well under $2,000, hosting is free, and the founder draws no pay. One-time formation (Sunbiz, EIN, Form 1023-EZ) is budgeted at about $410–$1,660.
